Our self storage facility saves you time and money with flexible lease terms and a convenient location. Enjoy our fenced and well-lit facility as well as outdoor and drive up storage units. -24/7 access is a monthly charge of 38.00 per month. -Electricity is an additional charge -All renters are required to carry insurance on their belongings/vehicles, proof is required or we have it available for purchase -Vehicles must come prepared with a copy of their title 37 admin fee every rental -Outdoor parking there is an additional 32 outdoor management fee and 12 tag fee non refundable Our promotional pricing is competitive and we will BEAT competitor pricing. Some specials you are required to pay the 2nd month with it. All additional fees are due upon move in. If you have any questions about our specials, please call the facility manager directly

Everything is great! And the additional pallets available helped a lot! Feels safe and secure.. I spent a good two hours getting rid of things I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have time to go through packing. The only negative thing I could say is cal back time / inquiries tho once received excellent on communication.

My initial review was positive as Tina was helpful in getting us into the storage unit. Over the winter our storage unit was unable to lock on both doors because of faulty door installation. In addition the main gate to the facility was broken and left wide-open for over a week. I was offered to move all of my belongings to another storage unit, but that was not an option. I had asked for a discount on my monthly fee because of my unsecure storage unit, and the company was unwilling to accommodate. They also do not plow snow in the winter making it almost impossible to access your unit, and in the spring the puddles are so deep you would need to wear mud boots to access the unit. It has been an extremely frustrating process for an expensive unit, that is unsecure. I will never rent from this company again.
